FOR TOUR PACKAGES;

CONFIRMATION, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY FOR TOUR PACKAGES:
We suggest you book your Belize tour at least 90 days before your arrival date, especially for the peak season of
December and January. A deposit of 25% of the total payment is required to secure your reservation when you
confirm your trip with us. The balance is to be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to
your arrival in Belize. Bookings within 45 days of departure are subject to immediate payment following
confirmation. Once we receive your deposit we will make all the reservations according to your itinerary within
one working week. We will send you a confirmation letter when all the bookings are secured.


REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS FOR TOUR PACKAGES: For a confirmed booking any change after
confirmation has a fee of $50. If the change results in a cancellation of previously confirmed services, then the
following cancellation penalties will apply. If cancellation is received in writing by Experience Belize Tours Ltd. at
least 30 days prior to departure, a full refund will be made, minus a $50.00 administrative charge plus the
applicable supplier cancellation fees. For cancellations received within 30 days of departure a 50% cancellation
penalty will be imposed. No refunds will be made 15 days prior to departure. Different cancellation penalties may
apply during holiday periods. Hotels, local airlines or other suppliers may have stricter cancellation penalties than
those described above. In those cases, the customer will pay the penalties the suppliers impose to us. Holiday or
New Year's deposits are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for features included in our itineraries that travelers chose not to take part in. Any
service issue affecting the quality of the guest's hotel stay must be addressed directly with the hotel's
management at the time the issue arises since refunds cannot be given for such inconveniences.
Local Airlines and hotels occasionally create overbooked conditions. These entities will compensate passengers
affected by overbooking. Our agency cannot be held responsible for these situations and will not refund moneys
for such situations since they are beyond our control. Passengers need to present and resolve their compensation
issues to the hotel or airline directly at the time the situation arises. We will not refund monies for dissatisfaction
with the conditions of a property, its rooms, facilities or services. Please take note that the lower the price the
lower the quality.

NOT INCLUDED:
- International flight to and from the Country of Belize. Passengers must arrange and pay for these on their own.
- Documentation: All travel documents are the responsibility of the passenger. A valid passport is required in most
cases. U.S. Citizens do not need a visa when traveling to Belize.
- Additional expenses such as laundry, alcoholic beverages (except when included), baggage insurance, meals
(except as indicated in itineraries) or items of a personal nature.
- Hotel bellmen and chambermaid service.
- Tips and gratuities of any kind (except as indicated in itineraries).
